About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administration support to the HR function, ensuring seamless delivery of people support services.
  • Offer guidance and support to Leaders across the resort, aligning with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage absence and leaver processes, including return to work forms and data tracking.
  • Administer on-resort reward schemes, online DBS processes, and key metrics reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of HR dashboards and provide insights to improve retention and employee experience.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and computer-literate individual with excellent communication skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, analyze data, and provide fair and consistent advice. A CIPD level qualification is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and embody our company values.
