People Support Team Member - Bognor Regis

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented People Support person to join our People Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis. As a key member of the team, you will provide daily administration support to the HR function, ensuring an exceptional experience for every team member you meet. You will work closely with our HR Advisors and Payroll Manager in a busy office environment, supporting the wider People Team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of data
Assist with absence management, checking and filing return to work forms, and escalating problems to the HR Advisors and People Partner
Manage on-resort reward schemes, online DBS process, data trackers, key metrics, and monthly HR dashboard reporting
Process data relating to leavers, highlighting focus areas to improve retention and general office administration

Requirements

Computer literate with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge where necessary
Ability to analyse data to identify key trends and make suggestions for change

About You
You should be a motivated and organised individual with a passion for HR-related matters. You will be working with a wide range of leaders and teams across the resort, so excellent communication skills are essential. A CIPD level qualification would be considered advantageous, but what is more important to us is your mindset, hands-on experience, and ability to pick up new things quickly.
