About The Role

We are seeking a talented People Support professional to join our dynamic People Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis. Reporting to the People Partner, you will collaborate with our People Support Team, HR Advisors, and Payroll Manager in a fast-paced office environment, providing support to the wider People Team when needed. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional people support and service, ensuring an outstanding experience for every team member you interact with. You will provide guidance and support to Leaders across the resort, in line with company policies. Additionally, you will assist with absence management, checking and filing return-to-work forms, and escalating issues to the HR Advisors and People Partner. You will also be responsible for end-to-end administration of our on-resort reward schemes, online DBS process, data trackers, key metrics, and monthly HR dashboard reporting. Furthermore, you will process all data related to leavers, highlighting areas for improvement in retention, and perform general office administration. This is an on-resort role covering 30 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern to be discussed during the interview, and occasional weekend working if required.

About YouWe are looking for a highly organized and computer-literate individual with excellent communication skills. You should be able to prioritize your workload effectively and have an interest in staying up-to-date with HR-related matters. As you will be working with a wide range of leaders and teams across the resort, you should be confident in analyzing data to identify key trends and making suggestions for change. A CIPD level qualification is considered advantageous, but what is more important to us is your mindset, hands-on experience, and ability to quickly pick up new things.
