About The Role

We are seeking a talented People Support professional to join our dynamic People Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis. Reporting to the People Partner, you will work closely with our People Support Team, HR Advisors, and Payroll Manager in a fast-paced office environment, providing daily administration support to the HR function. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional people support and service, ensuring an outstanding experience for every team member you interact with. You will provide guidance and support to Leaders across the resort, in line with company policies. Your responsibilities will include absence management, checking and filing return to work forms, escalating problems to the HR Advisors and People Partner, and administering on-resort reward schemes, online DBS processes, data trackers, key metrics, and monthly HR dashboard reporting. You will also process data related to leavers, highlighting areas for improvement in retention, and perform general office administration. This is an on-resort role covering 30 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern to be discussed during the interview, and occasional weekend working if required.

About You

You should be computer literate, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and be interested in staying up-to-date with HR-related matters. You will work with a wide range of leaders and teams across the resort, so you should have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge where necessary. You should also be able to analyse data to identify key trends and suggest improvements. A CIPD level qualification would be advantageous, but what is more important to us is your mindset, hands-on experience, and ability to quickly pick up new things.
