Position Overview: As a Recreational Activities Facilitator at HC-One, your role will center around the essence of compassion in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing engaging activities that bring joy to our Residents. Additionally, you will assist the Home Manager in coordinating vital fundraising initiatives. Whether you are empowering Residents to socialize more effectively, developing new activity concepts based on their interests, or collaborating with the care home team, your actions will be guided by a spirit of kindness.


Qualifications: We seek candidates with experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly in creating activity programs. Your positive energy and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong planning, organizational, and IT capabilities are required, along with effective time management. Every interaction with Residents and colleagues should reflect your genuine consideration and kindness.
