Position Overview: As a Recreational Activities Facilitator at HC-One, your role will center around the principle of Kindness, which is integral to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care facilities. Key Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for designing and executing engaging activities that bring joy to our Residents. This includes collaborating with the Home Manager to coordinate vital fundraising initiatives. Whether you are empowering Residents to enhance their social skills, developing new activity concepts based on their interests, or involving the care home team in various initiatives, your approach will always be rooted in kindness.

Qualifications: We seek candidates with experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly in creating activity programs. Your vibrant, positive demeanor and natural rapport with others will be essential. Strong planning, organizational, and IT skills are required, along with effective time management. Every interaction with Residents and colleagues should reflect your genuine consideration and kindness.
