Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our team at Candy Hoover Group S.r.l. as a key player in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound service calls, serving our existing customers and the broader UK white goods market. You will promote and sell our leading range of value-added service products, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and knowledge of our products to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales through a service approach, promoting and selling our value-added service products to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, efficiently using our new Salesforce system to access customer account details and process information swiftly and accurately.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A background in sales and experience working towards and achieving targets in a fast-paced, sales-through-service contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
