About the Role

AO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of inbound calls, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of products and services.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive sales excellence.

About You

We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. If you have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary of £24,780-£26,780 DOE.
  • Uncapped commission, with the potential to earn between £40-57k per year.
  • Hybrid working arrangements, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8.30am-7pm.
