About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, helping them find the best deals on our products, and ensuring they're protected with our AO Care insurance plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Take around 35 inbound calls a day, helping customers purchase new appliances
- Use a consultative approach to find out what customers are looking for and why they need a new appliance
- Build rapport with customers to create a long-lasting impression and gain their trust
- Process orders, upsell, and cross-sell our products
- Offer our AO Care insurance plan to customers
What You'll Need
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Drive to hit sales targets and exceed expectations
- Highly money-motivated and passionate about sales
- Super resilient and positive mindset, with a ability to turn past failures into lessons for success
- Exceptional sales ability and effective fact-finding and pitching skills
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £24,780-£26,780 DOE
- Uncapped commission, with the team taking between £40-57k home this year
- Hybrid working
- Rotational shifts from Mon - Sun, 8.30am-7pm
