At Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., we're seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at our Bolton Customer Service and Sales Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to elevate our reputation as the world's number one home appliance brand.

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you'll handle both inbound and outbound service calls, serving our existing customers and the broader UK white goods market. By delivering exceptional sales through a service approach, you will promote and sell our leading range of value-added service products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls to deliver exceptional sales and customer service
  • Utilize our new Salesforce system to access customer account details and process information swiftly and accurately
  • Take full ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Promote and sell our leading range of value-added service products

  • Basic salary of £29,120 + Uncapped commissions

Requirements:

  • Background in sales with experience working towards and achieving targets in a fast-paced, sales-through-service contact centre environment
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment once signed off
