We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Lucas Mclean Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and approaching new clients across the UK, discussing their Research & Development rebate eligibility, and organizing meetings for our Business Development Execs.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading R&D Tax specialist and be part of a busy professional team. You will have the chance to earn significant commission and progress quickly into a Business Development Exec or Senior BD role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and approach new clients across the UK
- Discuss Research & Development rebate eligibility with clients
- Organize meetings for Business Development Execs
Requirements
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in lead generation or appointment setting
What We Offer
- Basic salary starting at £25k+
- Uncapped commission structure with On Target Earnings including bonus of £40k - £43k
