About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Page Personnel. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to businesses, promoting our services, and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of account management, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses and develop strong customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently and evaluate potential leads to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets.
- Log meeting minutes accurately and meet a daily quota for scheduled meetings.
- Act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
- Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed and update and maintain customer records in the company database.
