- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
- Hybrid working model
- Rotational shifts from Mon - Sun, 8.30am-7pm
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their appliance needs
- Build rapport and trust with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Process orders and upsell/cross-sell products to increase revenue
- Promote AO Care insurance plan to customers
