Installation Coordinator Role

Sunray Engineering Limited is seeking a skilled Installation Coordinator to join our team in Ashford, UK. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation schedules and site work for the External Installation team, adhering to strict time parameters and site procedures.
  • Confirm installation works for Sunray customers, arranging site installation dates in-line with delivery schedules provided by the Production Co-ordinator/Administrator.
  • Schedule and plan service and maintenance orders, liaising with sub-contract labour and clients, issuing relevant paperwork before, during, and after maintenance.
  • Schedule and plan Site Surveys with installation teams, issuing relevant paperwork, and processing information to the sales department for quotations.
  • Complete and issue RAM's & COSH assessments to site contacts prior to installation dates, within strict time parameters.
  • Complete and issue installation packs with site contacts, ensuring Site Inductions can be completed and organized.
  • Process completion of installation paperwork, scan and add documents along with photos onto the Q-Files, and submit Subcontractor invoices weekly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience/knowledge in a similar coordinator role.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability in managing customer orders.
