Installation Coordinator Role

Sunray Engineering Limited is seeking a skilled Installation Coordinator to join our team in Ashford, UK. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation schedules and plans with the External Installation team, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Confirm installation works with Sunray customers, arranging site installation dates in line with delivery schedules.
  • Schedule and plan service and maintenance orders, liaising with subcontract labor and clients.
  • Process site surveys with installation teams, issuing relevant paperwork and advising the sales department on quotations.
  • Complete and issue RAMs and COSH assessments to site contacts prior to installation dates.
  • Process installation paperwork, scan and add documents to Q-Files, and submit subcontractor invoices weekly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar coordinator role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage customer orders effectively.
