Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical aspects of residential projects across various sites in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site.
- Developing project timelines and budgets.
- Reporting directly to senior management on project status.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in residential projects.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Proficiency in project management software.
Work Schedule:
The Electrical Project Manager will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London.
