Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide general administrative support, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Manage stationery orders and maintain a well-stocked office environment
  • Support the Office and Compliance Manager with office Health and Safety initiatives
  • Welcome and assist visitors, and provide a warm and welcoming environment
  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including organizing PAT testing and fire extinguisher testing
  • Act as a Fire Marshall and First Aider, and provide IT support as needed
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
