Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with estate planning/legal services firms, funeral arranger/directors, financial advisory firms, financial corporates, general or specialist insurance, and charities.
  • Manage and nurture existing business relationships, representing our company at events and delivering against set targets.
  • Work closely with partners to increase sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure timely and successful service delivery in line with requirements and objectives, maximizing opportunities while maintaining quality and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve day-to-day issues and escalate concerns to suitable resolutions.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in field-based sales, business development, and account management roles.
  • Significant experience in presenting propositions to different audiences within a professional industry environment.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to think creatively and laterally.
  • Results-orientated, with excellent communication skills at all levels and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • B2B development experience within the Financial Services or Legal Services Industry is desirable.
  • Expert knowledge of estate administration, probate, or wills and trusts is desirable.
