Healthcare Strategic Advisory Associate

The Healthcare division is actively seeking a dedicated Associate who possesses exceptional analytical and writing capabilities, demonstrates initiative, pays meticulous attention to detail, thrives under pressure, and can operate both autonomously and collaboratively within teams in a boutique investment advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Associates in the Advisory group engage directly with clients to assess, structure, and propose financial and strategic options. They typically participate in a broad spectrum of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset divestitures, restructurings, and spin-offs. Associates are integrated into client teams and are anticipated to contribute to all facets of a transaction, encompassing due diligence, valuation assessments, and the negotiation of contracts and related agreements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A) or Equity Research with a focus on the Healthcare sector (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare Services, etc.)
  • A solid foundation in finance and accounting is essential
