About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and tendering
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of winning and maintaining business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness with the ability to manage and prepare tender proposals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Full, clean driving license (UK)
