Job Summary:

A fast-growing VAR/MSP, Aztrum, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working for a VAR or MSP, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of the IT industry and the needs of VAR/MSP customers.
