About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our team at Nomad Marketing, LLC. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the global HR agenda of our Group Functions and will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of areas within HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners across all employee life cycle HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings, including monthly cascades to ensure consistency across all Group Functions.
  • HR Data reporting and analysis as required to satisfy routine organizational requirements and key HR metrics (e.g., turnover and absence reporting).
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure accurate position and reward package information is submitted to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with the coordination of the annual review and any associated data integrity exercises.
  • Responsible for coordinating Group Central Functions participants to Nomad wide Learning and Development programs.

About You:

  • Experience working in a similar HR role, with knowledge of employment law and experience managing lifecycle activity.
  • The ability to be flexible and work across multiple issues in support of the HR Business Partner agenda.
  • Aptitude for working with HR information systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Numerate and able to analyze and draw conclusions from data.
