The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help drive the growth of our IT division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mapping the market for potential clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and latest updates
  • Utilize advertising budgets and job board access to attract top talent
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency
  • Strong business development skills and a proven track record of success
  • IT sector knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
