Job Title: HR Graduate Documentation Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Graduate Documentation Advisor to join our team at The Portfolio Group.

As an HR Graduate Documentation Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients by creating and amending contracts and policies. You will work closely with our clients to understand their documentation needs and provide expert advice on Employment Law and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide documentation support to clients, including creating new and amending existing contracts and policies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their documentation needs and provide expert advice on Employment Law and HR best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation in Employment Law and HR.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
