- Guiding clients with all employment law and HR enquiries, providing expert advice and support.
- Building rapport and relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills.
- Staying up-to-date with legislation changes and ensuring our clients are compliant.
- A proactive and creative problem solver, able to think on their feet.
- A strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply this knowledge effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
- A dynamic and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- An enthusiasm for generating new business referrals and contributing to the growth of our business.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000, as well as a profit share scheme and monthly incentives. If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
