We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing bespoke HR documentation support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting employment documentation for clients, including contracts and handbooks.
  • Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their HR needs are met.
  • Guiding clients with all employment law and HR enquiries, providing expert advice and support.
  • Building rapport and relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with legislation changes and ensuring our clients are compliant.
Person Specification:
  • A proactive and creative problem solver, able to think on their feet.
  • A strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • A dynamic and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An enthusiasm for generating new business referrals and contributing to the growth of our business.
