About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Documentation Manager to join our team at Simplify Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR Documentation Consultants, ensuring they provide high-quality advice and documentation to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide a team of HR Documentation Consultants to ensure they meet commercial and quality standards.
  • Recognize knowledge gaps and develop training plans to improve team performance.
  • Manage team protocols and KPIs, taking action when necessary to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
  • Quality-check documentation to ensure compliance with employment law and minimize risk.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and create tailored HR documentation.
  • Deal with client complaints professionally and resolve issues amicably.
  • Manage workload, attend team meetings, and record work completed using internal systems.
  • Build and maintain a motivated team, encouraging best practice and recruiting new members when needed.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Previous experience managing a team and communicating with external clients.
  • Professional approach, excellent attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, deliver group training, and manage a team for outstanding results.

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary up to £40,000.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30.
