Job Summary:

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Graduate Documentation Advisor to join our team. As an HR Graduate Documentation Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients by creating and amending employment documentation, including contracts and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Create new employment documentation, including contracts and policies, and amend existing documentation as required.
  • Provide HR support to clients, including answering queries and providing guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their documentation needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment law and/or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
