Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within a portfolio of approximately 40 key accounts.
  • Enhance relationships with existing clients to maximize their potential and drive growth.
  • Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that may arise.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing key accounts.
  • A track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Technical sales experience, preferably in sectors such as beverage dispensing or catering.
Skills and Attributes

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Determined to exceed performance goals.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a team player.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 with an additional £10,000 to £15,000 in uncapped commission. Additional benefits include:

  • A company vehicle.
  • 20 days of annual leave plus 3 days for the holiday season.
  • A contributory pension scheme.
