About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Children's Practitioners Level 2 at The Den Children's Home in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care and support to young people with disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
