In your position as a Care Home Manager at HC-One Ltd., you will prioritize kindness above all else. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the well-being of our residents, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor your team, providing clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home.
  • Conduct assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  • Promote our residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the highest standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in care home management.
  • Either a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
  • Able to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns.
