About the Role

As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our residents and maintain a high level of satisfaction with our service. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management to all staff employed in the home.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in care delivery, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
  • Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home, in line with company policy.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Home Manager in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
