Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our client, a National Charity, on a project requiring the migration and archiving of clinical records. This temporary role will last for 5 months and will involve setting up clinics, providing business continuity, and ensuring adherence to department and organizational policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the archiving of historic clinical records and data migration for active cases
  • Set up clinics for the Assessment and Diagnosis service, requesting information for those being assessed, coordinating clinicians, and providing business continuity backup
  • Liaise with referrers as required
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensure accurate and timely data capture and updates to inform reporting
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant GDPR and contractual compliance

Preferred Qualifications
