As a Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, assisting them with platform navigation, troubleshooting, and resolving various issues. Your dedication to helping clients achieve their goals will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for clients requiring technical and product guidance, addressing inquiries and challenges. You will also identify root causes of issues and effectively communicate solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate responses for customer issues that span multiple products or involve third-party services, ensuring a unified approach to problem-solving.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic methods and relevant questioning techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, inquiries, and requests. This includes managing the issue/ticket database and prioritizing issues appropriately.
