Position Overview:

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Compensation: £55,000 plus performance-related bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model based in London

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic partner for employees across the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Report directly to the Head of People, collaborating closely with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Assist in various HR initiatives, including organizational restructuring and succession planning
  • Oversee global employee engagement surveys and analyze the outcomes
  • Address employee relations matters and manage daily HR operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably at an advisory level or as a junior HR Business Partner
  • Background in managing HR transformations
  • Familiarity with HR information systems
  • Previous experience in E-Commerce, Retail (head office), or agency settings is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data reporting
