Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our finance team at Nine Twenty. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our company's financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Ledger Management: Oversee the purchase ledger process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations: Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Supplier Payments: Process supplier payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Key Supplier Analysis: Analyze key supplier data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Credit Terms / Credit Limits: Manage credit terms and credit limits for suppliers.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks related to finance, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
  • AAT Qualification: AAT qualification or equivalent accounting certification.
