Logistics Coordinator

C&C Group plc is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to enhance our operational team. In this role, you will oversee all administrative functions pertinent to the smooth running of the Logistics Division while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

  • Oversee data management, documentation, and organization of reports
  • Work closely with the Depot Administration Manager on various operational tasks
  • Complete daily administrative debriefs and reporting
  • Coordinate with Customer Service teams to document and address issues
  • Daily reconciliation of Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) system hardware
  • Ensure precise recording of daily volumes within the POD system

To excel in this position, candidates should possess prior experience in a dynamic logistics environment and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with JDE or comparable systems is also advantageous.
