Job Summary:
Fabric Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and innovation of our clients.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Advise on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Probation Reviews: Guide Managers through probation reviews, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with a strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation. You will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
- Flexibility to support out of hours for meetings when required.
