Job Title: Accounts and HR Co-ordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Fabric Recruitment. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations cases, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Advise on pay, benefits, and employee assistance programs to ensure a competitive and attractive employee value proposition.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and industry standards.
- Guide Managers through probation reviews, ensuring clear communication and expectations to support employee growth and development.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from employees to senior management.
- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases, with a focus on resolving conflicts and improving employee engagement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
