Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Fabric Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach, and providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers on job descriptions and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
- HR Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain effective HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
Requirements:
- HR Experience: Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases and developing HR policies and procedures.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices in HR management.
