- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the facility, including buildings and grounds.
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations.
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and enforce cleaning protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Manage and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Ensure proper waste management in line with environmental regulations.
- Oversee security operations, including access control and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance against service agreements.
- Manage budgets for soft services operations.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Highly organized professional with strong communication skills.
- Experience in facilities and contract management.
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing and GMP environments.
- Experience with contract KPIs and contractor performance management.
