About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Facilities Management and Laboratory Services to join our team at our Slough campus in the UK. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for managing the provision of soft facilities management services to our UK and Ireland property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of facilities management services to research scientists and corporate offices.
- Ensure that services are provided to a consistent and appropriate standard that meets customer needs and within the departmental budget.
- Manage all laboratories to ensure efficient operation, including timely supply of materials and reagents, engineering support, and equipment supply.
- Manage Front of House services at the Slough campus.
- Provide and manage Cleaning & Waste Management services to the Slough and Windlesham campus.
- Manage Catering Services to the Slough campus.
- Provide and manage an integrated transport management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Comprehensive experience of facilities management service delivery.
- Contract management experience.
- Experience of budget management.
