Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through the sale of products, services, and offerings to new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high-quality customer service and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Network and identify sales opportunities by understanding competitors to enable the company to seize market opportunities.
- Work closely with Operations and project teams to ensure swift and high-quality onboarding of customers.
- Manage multiple commercial processes, including budgets, contract renegotiation, and KPI measurement, to ensure a positive commercial outcome for both the company and the customer.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry.
- Ability to identify improvements and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
