We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through the sale of products and services to new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth through the sale of products, services, and offerings to new customers.
- Generate new leads and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Effectively communicate with potential customers to drive continued revenue, profit growth, and increased engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.
- Visit customers/potential customers to promote company services.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Understand and promote company strategy.
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI adherence.
- Establish key contacts, relationships, and connections across the wider sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, including group and extended opportunities.
- Network and identify sales opportunities by understanding competitors to enable the company to seize market opportunities.
- Ensure potential customers are aware of the latest solutions.
- Identify cross-functional service/product opportunities.
- Work with Operations and project teams to ensure swift and high-quality onboarding of customers.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to transition customers into the portfolio management process.
- Manage multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecast precisely, and identify solutions that result in a positive commercial outcome for both the company and the customer.
- Proven and successful track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry.
- Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities within the logistics marketplace through increased engagement and identifying opportunities.
- Strong understanding of working collaboratively across functions to achieve success.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial approach.
- Be customer and service-focused.
- Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic manner.
- Must have a Can-Do-Attitude and possess a desire to improve.
- Be a finisher.
- Must be able to resolve and prioritize conflicting requirements.
