As a Team Manager, you will be instrumental in leading our initiatives, utilizing data and audits to ensure high performance, and fostering strong partnerships that enhance our service delivery. Your focus will remain on the unique needs of the young people we serve.

We offer a comprehensive local support system for care leavers, including 'The Leaving Care Forum,' which complements our Children in Care service, promoting inclusion and participation for all.

To excel in this role, you should possess significant experience in a similar capacity, along with a social work qualification. A profound understanding of social work principles related to children and families is essential, as is a creative and passionate approach to child welfare.
