Benefits:

We are committed to the professional growth of our practitioners and recognize their dedication and expertise. If you are focused on continuous professional development and can demonstrate improvements in practice, we will provide career advancement opportunities and competitive remuneration. Our social workers can remain in frontline practice as advanced practitioners or transition to management roles, both of which offer equivalent pay.

To ensure outstanding practice, we have established a comprehensive curriculum and career pathway for our social workers, enhancing their skills and knowledge for effective interventions with children and families.
