Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient flow, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Manage patient flow, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Previous front-of-house experience in a healthcare or dental setting (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.
