Job Title: HR Coordinator

Orion Group is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to our business, including managing the HR inbox, developing relationships with the business, and delivering HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR inbox and provide day-to-day advice and guidance on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop relationships with the business, including offshore and onshore operations.
  • Deliver HR processes, including contract production, data management, reference requests, and organization chart production.
  • Support ER case management, absence management tracking, learning and development administration, and management of contractual changes.
  • Support the headcount process, tracking approvals, and raising requisitions in Workday.
  • Provide accurate and timely HR data, analysis, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with People Partners and the People Advisor to ensure accuracy of data in Workday and the recording of data changes.
Requirements:
  • Robust knowledge of applicable HR regulation and standards, as well as company HR policies and practices.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Workday and SAP.
  • Developing a strong contextual understanding of the business and using this to develop people solutions to business challenges and risks.
  • HR Graduate with a number of years HR generalist or specialist experience.
