Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data input, and recruitment administration.
  • Manage the HR office space, ensuring all filing, storage, and forms are tidy and organized.
  • Take minutes of HR meetings and prepare them for review in a timely manner.
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for candidates.
  • Process and file departmental invoices and POs, adhering to procurement and finance processes.
  • Maintain departmental stationery supplies and liaise with the supplier for regular replenishment.
  • Liaise with payroll for monthly payment cycles and follow up on any payroll queries.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and data input requirements.
  • Coordinate and update departmental records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with managers and HR staff.
  • Tenacity and initiative to complete tasks and make improvements where necessary.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to produce work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexible approach to changing priorities on a daily basis.
  • Computer-based competence or qualification.
