HR Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Coordinator to support our HR team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our HR systems, providing technical support and training to staff, and analyzing reports to inform business decisions.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
  • HR System Administration:
    • Administer and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and sick leave system.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Technical Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on the HRIS.
    • Troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards from the HRIS.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to HR management and stakeholders.
  • HRIS Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for HRIS improvement, enhancement, and optimization.
    • Align with HR and business objectives.
  • Integration and Compliance:
    • Coordinate with IT staff and external vendors to ensure HRIS integration with other systems and platforms.
    • Perform system upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Key Skills:
    • Knowledge of HRIS and solid general systems knowledge.
