We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to contribute to the care and rehabilitation of patients within a supportive and dynamic team environment at Atlantis Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an efficiently administered and professionally competent Occupational Therapy service for individuals who utilize Assertive Outreach Team Services.
  • Manage a defined caseload of clients with complex needs, utilizing evidence-based and client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in various settings.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of OT services within a designated team, holding responsibility for defined projects.
  • Regularly supervise OT students on placement and contribute to the maintenance and development of the trust's OT service.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating a range of conditions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation and discharge plans.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Evidence of recent continuing professional development.
